Our High Intensity Pilates Reformer workout activates your slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to the lean & toned muscles we are looking for, not to mention the enormous amount of calories you’ll be burning each session. It will continuously challenge you, your core and all your major muscle groups.

BEGINNER REFORMER PILATES

If you are brand new to Reformer Pilates please attend Beginner Pilates classes for your first time so the teacher can make sure you get an awesome beginner workout & an understanding of the moves & technique.

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER PILATES
An intense Reformer Pilates class focusing on advanced exercises with fast paced, continuous & flowing movements.
This class is designed for our more experienced clients as it will test your strength, endurance & fitness levels.

CIRCUIT REFORMER PILATES

50min Circuit combing all the different types of Pilates equipment we have into a fun & faster pace class than usual. This is a full body fat burning workout that will improve your core strength & fitness.

BOOTCAMP REFORMER PILATES 
The ultimate BURN, SWEAT, LAUGH & LOVE combo. This 50 minute Reformer bootcamp class is a whole body workout which is fast paced incorporating reformer, props, cardio intervals and the jump board to keep your heart rate up and make you sweat. Moving from different exercises that will build your strength & muscular endurance.
