This 50 minute Reformer bootcamp class is a whole body workout which is fast paced incorporating reformer, props, cardio intervals and the jump board to keep your heart rate up and make you sweat. Moving from different exercises that will build your strength & muscular endurance.
25min Boxing 25min Reformer Pilates which is a killer cardio workout which will make you strut out of Plank HQ sweaty & confident.
We will provide you with gloves & pads.
50min Circuit combing all the different types of Pilates equipment we have into a fun & faster pace class than usual. This is a full body fat burning workout that will improve your core strength & fitness.
