  • Secured spot in the summer shred challenge 

  • 6 Week Meal plan - A healthy eating resource specifically developed for this challenge by our resident dietitian. It includes education on preparing well balanced, healthy meals, ensuring you get adequate macronutrients to support your muscle growth during the challenge and micronutrients to keep energy levels high, healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas, healthy recipes and tips to keep bloating at bay.  

  • 2 x Inbody Scans. 1 before the challenge & 1 at the end of your challenge.  

  • Before & After photos (optional)

  • Weekly motivation and guidance by our Instructors 

You must attend minimum 4 classes per week for 6 weeks to be able to do the challenge and also WIN the challenge. To do so you will need to be on either of these Membership Plans -

1. UNLIMITED VIP MEMBERSHIP $79 

  • 4 month commitment 

  • 2 class daily restriction

2. MONTH TO MONTH UNLIMITED $89

  • Can cancel after 6 week challenge 

  • 2 class daily restriction

CHALLENGE WINNER 

At the end of the challenge there will be a Summer Shred Winner which will WIN a Gift Voucher to stay at The Calile Hotel ​Brisbane for a weekend. 

The Challenge winner will be decided from the most transformed Before & After photos and body scan information calculated. You must also have done minimum 4 classes for 6 weeks to be a winner.
